Three new buildings representing 1.4 million square feet of operating space for the customer that need to be heated and cooled throughout the year.

Solution

Our service maintenance program was customized to meet UPS Logistics Groups needs and was based off their building needs as well as their budgetary needs.  The key benefit from maintaining heating and cooling at these three (3) locations included increased equipment lifespan which in turn saves the customer money.

A Closer Look

HVAC systems are the single largest energy consuming building system in any commercial buildings today and as the cost of energy increases, the importance of proper service, and maintenance of equipment is magnified.  Upgrading or replacing equipment - as well as maintaining building equipment - is a must.
