The Galt House

Challenge

Originally built in 1835, there have been numerous changes over the years to the property.  Wanted to have a controls system to monitor all parts of the property in one central solution.

Solution

The Galt House encompasses a variety of systems to heat and cool the facilities.  The suite tower uses a geothermal heat pump but the hotel uses a conventional HVAC System.  Our Louisville Office, helps the Owner and Managers monitor and program the Andover Control System we originally installed over 25 years ago.
